Meet Beckie Gestring

LET'S CHAT!

Hi, I’m Beckie Gestring, a Realtor® and Military Relocation Professional serving Tyndall AFB, Panama City, and Bay County, Florida.

I’m also a military spouse of over 20 years, so I’ve lived the PCS life more times than I can count. From Okinawa to England and across the U.S., I understand what it takes to relocate, make decisions from a distance, and land in a home that actually works for your life. Now that my husband is heading into retirement, we are putting down roots right here in the Tyndall area.

I specialize in helping military buyers relocate to Panama City and purchase homes sight unseen. If you’re just getting started, I break it all down in my Relocating to Tyndall AFB guide, including timelines, local insights, and what to expect.

My video tours are not your average highlight reel. I open doors, check details, and show you the good, the bad, and everything in between. I walk the neighborhood and give you the kind of insight you cannot get from photos alone, because you are not just buying a house, you are choosing your everyday lifestyle.

I’m a little quirky, a proud plant lover, and not one to sugarcoat things. I will keep you informed every step of the way and give you the tools to make confident decisions.

If you want a full breakdown of the PCS process, timelines, and what most people forget, you can request my Ultimate PCS Guide here.

Best Coffee Shops in Panama City, FL for Working, Studying, or People Watching

I'll admit it. I'm a bit of a coffee snob. Actually... that's probably putting it lightly. If I'm ordering coffee, there are only a handful of places that earn my trust. Everywhere else? I'm perfectly happy sipping tea while judging everyone else's latte art from a safe distance. Luckily, Bay County
